Self-reflection is the habit of pausing and honestly looking at how I use my time, energy, skills, and responsibilities. I should ask myself whether every task really needs to be done by me, or whether someone else can do it with proper guidance. When I do everything myself, I may achieve excellent results, but I can also waste valuable time and carry unnecessary pressure. When I delegate, mistakes may happen, but those mistakes can teach me how to give clearer instructions, choose the right person, and establish a simple checking system. I should identify the tasks that require my personal experience, judgment, creativity, or responsibility and keep those for myself, while routine, repetitive, or teachable tasks can be given to others. The real goal is not to prove that I can do everything myself, but to use my abilities wisely, help others develop their skills, and spend my time on the things that matter most.

| 2. Requires your expertise | You | Engineering design decisions, technical strategy, solving unusual problems, creating the main concept |
| 3. High-risk if wrong | You + expert | Legal documents, major contracts, safety-related work, major investments |
| 4. Important but repeatable | Delegate to a skilled person | Website updates, accounting entries, research collection, formatting, routine technical work |
